                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM DAVID M. HITCHCOCK,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 080, FOR A
                   TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND, FIVE
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from David M. Hitchcock, relative to 

       Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection System, Tract No. 
080,
       for a total consideration of $2,500.00.
